Neighborhoods in Boulder County all have three things in common: They have beautiful views, easy access to outdoor activities and welcoming communities. Nestled up again the Flatirons, Boulder is renowned for its massive open space, shopping on Pearl Street Mall, red-roofed University of Colorado campus and environmentally aware residents.
Boulder communities are made up of the Holiday Neighborhood, the Newlands, Uptown Broadway in NoBo, Dakota Ridge, Washington Village, Wonderland Hill, Mapelton Hill, Chataqua Neighborhood, Northfields Commons and Baseline Lake. Boulder County neighborhoods surrounding central Boulder still emulate the Boulder vibe, but have characteristics unique to them. Each of these neighborhoods, while growing, maintain a small-town feel and strive to keep a sense of community with their Main Streets and community events. These surrounding neighborhoods include Louisville, Lafayette, Longmont, Gunbarrel, Niwot and Nederland. Erie has also become popular with its growing residential and community areas. |
